IT HAS BEGUN

After researching some existing narratives, i will now start posting some initial ideas for my own

INTERACTIVE NARRATIVE

I've also started learning Flash, thanks to the Adobe online tutorials, im starting to understand the interface a lot more, already having knowledge of photoshop, its not too difficult, as posted earlier, i have done a test animation, just proves i am learning...

anyway, back to initial ideas, i need to start physically drawing these, but first I'm going to post a few written ideas now, some of which i may be thinking of as i type this, but they are initial ideas and thoughts, not final ideas... here we go

IDEA 1 - PHONE RECONSTRUCTION

Simply beginning with a picture of a mobile phone, in pieces, as it comes in the box. The user then has to choose the order in which to place the pieces of the phone (eg battery, sim card, cover etc) and hopefully, if they do it right, bring the phone back to life aka turn it on. If they fail to put the right pieces in the right order, the phone wont turn on, and so they must start over.

IDEA 2 - MESSY ROOM

Starting with a picture of a clean room, just throwing items of clothing into the room, or not just clothing, it can be anything, wallet, phone, keys, ipod, rabbit, box, woman, bag of rice, anything the list can go on, but just simply throw it in the room and make it as messy as possible. Purpose... relieve some stress? still only an initial idea...

IDEA 3 - IS MAYBE TOO HARD TO DO

You choose the character, its weapon and what it does, to a certain thing, person or creature.

for example... out of a list of characters, you choose a 'dwarf', you then choose a light sabre, and you choose for that 'dwarf' with a lightsabre to slay a dragon, and so you see a small man with a light sabre slaying a dragon, obviously in pictures, or drawings. Possibly too hard.

IDEA 4 - MODIFIED CAR

Side view of a car, possibly a choice of car, unsure now. Then the user can change the colour of the car, change the wheels, wether to lower or raise the ride height, turn the lights on/off etc. I think this wont be too hard as i have experience in digitally modifying cars, so this is a possibility, wether the idea is good or not i don't know, but i would enjoy doing this 1.

IDEA 5 - MONKEY WITH A FEZ

pretty much all i have so far on that idea... hmmm...
